Comment : I purchased a Kawai Upright Piano from Jim Laabs. He personally took his time, helping me choose the right piano for my 9 year old. After the final sale, I told him that I would be going on vacation very soon. He said that he would call me back, and a few hours later. He call and told me that he was going to ship my piano within one week. And within a week I received my piano, shipped from the state of Wisconsin all the way to Naples Florida. The delivery guys were very professional and placed my piano inside my home, using extreme care. Then they hand polished the piano and setup the bench. I am VERY MUCH IMPRESSED BY THIS COMPANY PROFESSIONALISM. From the owner Jim Laabs, to his employees, I give them FIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. THANK YOU “Jim” my daughter was so excited.

Comment : We bought our upright piano from Jim Laab online, and we were a little nervous at first buying an expensive and large item online.
However, everything they promised (from the piano, delivery and tuning) they were able to keep, and they even sent out a local technician to correct any issue we had. The technician told us that our piano was in a very good condition. I’m so happy about the purchase and I would highly recommend Jim Laab if anyone is in search of good piano.
